A way To Inspire Empower And Educate The World

How to charge for value not time

Learn how to charge for value, not for time

Prove your expertise. Let them read your articles about greetings, exchanging business cards, dress, personal space, time, communication style.

Let them take your tests to prove they need your help. Let them see your videos on culture, business social and government etiquette. Show them your calendar so you can start earning money.

Be seen as the best cultural expert they need to solve their sales, marketing and licensing problems in your country.

Specialty

What’s your specialty? Is it business, social or government? Choose one to start. They will ask if you can also help them with the other areas.

Content

You can have two types of content. One type that is free and the other one your prospects have to pay for. Earn money with your important content. Show you are providing valuable content with your free content. The free content is to help your prospect get to know you and see themselves working with you.

Upload your articles, videos and tests. Start creating them if you don’t have any content. The content does not have to be long. They have to be informative. What mistakes do foreigners make when in your country? What mistakes do they make when dealing with your culture (gender)?

Your prospects don’t always have a lot of time. Give them facts. Show them examples. Let them test their basic knowledge and skills. The articles, videos and tests can become longer and more detailed as you create more and as you change them.

Calendar-Booking

Set up your calendar and keep it current. There might be an emergency project and executive wants to hire you to help with a project/situation.

Projects

Your customers need to know what the colors are appropriate. They need to know what their logo mean in your country. They need to know if their company character representatives are acceptable in your culture. You can help them translate their written words.

Education & Training in culture

Some executives will want you or someone you know to coach them social etiquette. Practice dinner party situations. Where do they sit? Which utensils to use with each plate. The appropriate clothes to wear. Show them what is expected of them so they succeed. Explain what phrases mean. Explain how their “normal” body gestures mean in your culture.

Register

When you register as a coach register with your primary skills. Are your skills and knowledge primarily in business? Are your skills and knowledge in government? Or are your primary skills and knowledge in social etiquette?
